If the start of the pandemic was only a couple of years ago (and without trivializing the impact of its events) then Tom Holland's MCU entry as Spider-Man, in 2016's Captain America: Civil War, seemed just like another lifetime ago. And now, by the time this podcast is out, Spider-Man: No Way Home has triumpiantly captured "post-pandemic" box office gold with still having more steam since it's December 2021 release. San Diego Comic-Con 2019 - Part One

While plenty was announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 this Summer, MARVEL STUDIOS PHASE 4 was the major takeaway of what was to come. Spider-Man FFH/ Stranger Things S3 Spoiler Review

With both commercial and critical successes of Spider-Man: Homecoming leaving high expectations, the second film, Far From Home arrives in the massive wake of Avengers: Endgame. Though Tom Holland’s much praised portrayal of everyone’s favorite web-head seemed to have nothing to prove, it would also appear quite the contrary with lots to prove (due to fanboy constant demands for pitch perfect authenticity of character). Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse (Spoiler Review)

As they say in Lego Bricksburg, “Everything Is Awesome” especially when it’s Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse, Sony’s runaway animated hit originally conceived by LEGO The Movie’s Phil Lord and Christopher Miller based on Marvel’s friendly neighborhood flagship web head. 

We at TBC_afp never fully considered reviewing this spectacle of a film fully casted with big names such as Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali and Nick Cage if not for the word of buzz. But we did it! So now, swing back into podcast mode and enjoy!

SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING REVIEW

Billy Elliot The Musical veteran and babyfaced Brit actor, Tom Holland portrays Peter Parker/ Spider-Man (the third actor in line for the big screen) in an unprecedented partnership between Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios, SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING.  In a star studded cast, HOMECOMING is prelude to Marvel's Cinematic Universe's "Phase 4", ushering in an era expanding more characters and talent into the genre. 

And yet, with senses tingling, our TBC Fanboys swing into the chill of the night and deep dive into Marvel's universally recognizable flagship superhero.  As it is one of 2017's most highly anticipated movies of the Summer, lesson may stick (pun intended) that "with great summer blockbuster, comes a great tub of popcorn" with obligatory restroom break in the middle of the movie.
